Bhd.<\/strong>), you agree to the following Terms &amp; Conditions governing your participation in our Member Program.<\/p><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/><p><strong>1. Eligibility<\/strong><\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>You must be 18 years of age or older.<\/li>\n\n<li>You must be a Malaysian citizen, permanent resident, or a legally registered business or individual operating in Malaysia.<\/li>\n\n<li>To become an active commission-earning Member or Member Plus, you must complete the purchase of a qualifying product set.<\/li>\n\n<li>KOC access is by invitation only and subject to approval by Envi Harmonics.<\/li><\/ul><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/><p><strong>2. Role Definitions<\/strong><\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>KOC (Key Opinion Consumer):<\/strong> Invited creators who receive product seeding and dashboard access with limited or performance-based commissions.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Member:<\/strong> Purchases the RM338 Member package and earns commissions from referrals.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Member Plus:<\/strong> Purchases the RM688 package with bonus products and higher starting commission.<\/li><\/ul><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/><p><strong>3. Commission Structure &amp; Payouts<\/strong><\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Members earn commission based on monthly referral performance. The more you sell, the higher your earnings.<\/li>\n\n<li>Commission percentages and bonus eligibility are determined by your tier and performance level.<\/li>\n\n<li>Member Plus may receive additional incentives or higher base rates at our discretion.<\/li>\n\n<li>Envi Harmonics reserves the right to update the commission scheme at any time to reflect evolving program goals or market conditions.<\/li>\n\n<li>Commissions are locked in monthly and paid within 14 business days of withdrawal request.<\/li>\n\n<li>Payouts are processed via Touch \u2018n Go eWallet, bank transfer, or other approved methods.<\/li>\n\n<li>Minimum payout threshold: RM50.<\/li><\/ul><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/><p><strong>4. Referral Tracking<\/strong><\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Referrals are tracked via unique links or codes assigned to your account.<\/li>\n\n<li>Tracking cookies are valid for 30 days.<\/li>\n\n<li>We are not responsible for referral failures caused by user browser settings or ad blockers.<\/li><\/ul><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/><p><strong>5. Member Conduct<\/strong><\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Members must act honestly, respectfully, and in alignment with Envi Harmonics&#8217; brand values.<\/li>\n\n<li>You may not:<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Mislead users or promote false offers<\/li>\n\n<li>Create fake orders or use your own link for purchases<\/li>\n\n<li>Run paid ads targeting Envi Harmonics brand terms without approval<\/li>\n\n<li>Spam links or post in irrelevant\/unethical channels<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/><p><strong>6. Brand Representation<\/strong><\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>You must only use approved images and copy provided by Envi Harmonics or submit custom materials for review.<\/li>\n\n<li>All public content must:<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Be truthful and non-exaggerated<\/li>\n\n<li>Avoid unverified health claims<\/li>\n\n<li>Maintain a positive and respectful tone<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/><p><strong>7. Personal Data &amp; Confidentiality<\/strong><\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>All personal data is handled under the <strong>Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n<li>Your dashboard login credentials are for your use only and must be kept secure.<\/li><\/ul><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/><p><strong>8. Tax &amp; Regulatory Compliance<\/strong><\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>You are responsible for reporting income to <strong>LHDN Malaysia<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n<li>If you are a Dealer, you must comply with <strong>KPDN<\/strong> regulations when reselling products.<\/li>\n\n<li>Envi Harmonics will provide guidance if regulatory changes affect your role.<\/li><\/ul><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/><p><strong>9. Plan Terms<\/strong><\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Member Plan (RM338):<\/strong> Includes 1 Full Scalp Care Set and access to standard commission structure.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Member Plus (RM688):<\/strong> Includes 2 Full Sets + 1 Bonus Shampoo with higher starting commission and priority perks.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>KOC Plan (RM0):<\/strong> By invitation only. Includes dashboard access and limited commission based on performance.<\/li><\/ul><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/><p><strong>10. Termination &amp; Suspension<\/strong><\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>We reserve the right to suspend or remove any member for misconduct, brand damage, or inactivity over 90 days.<\/li>\n\n<li>Suspended members will be notified and given 7 days to appeal.<\/li><\/ul><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/><p><strong>11. Modifications<\/strong><\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>We may update these terms at any time. Members will be notified via email or dashboard.<\/li>\n\n<li>Continued use of the platform implies acceptance.<\/li><\/ul><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/><p><strong>12. Disclaimer<\/strong><\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Members are not legal representatives or employees of Envi Harmonics or Next Concept Commerce Sdn. Bhd.<\/li>\n\n<li>The Member Program does not create any formal agency or employment relationship.<\/li><\/ul><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/><p><strong>13. Shipping &amp; Fulfilment<\/strong><\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Envi Harmonics manages all customer fulfilment.<\/li>\n\n<li>Members and KOCs are not required to hold stock.<\/li><\/ul><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/><p><strong>14. Refunds &amp; Commission Reversals<\/strong><\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Refunded or cancelled orders will result in reversal of associated commissions.<\/li>\n\n<li>Abusing the system or generating fake orders will result in immediate termination.<\/li><\/ul><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/><p><strong>15.
