Envi Harmonics Member Terms & Conditions

Effective from 27 May 2025 until superseded or replaced by a newer version.
By registering as a Member, Member Plus, or KOC (Key Opinion Consumer) under Envi Harmonics (a brand owned and managed by Next Concept Commerce Sdn. Bhd.), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions governing your participation in our Member Program.
1. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years of age or older.
- You must be a Malaysian citizen, permanent resident, or a legally registered business or individual operating in Malaysia.
- To become an active commission-earning Member or Member Plus, you must complete the purchase of a qualifying product set.
- KOC access is by invitation only and subject to approval by Envi Harmonics.
2. Role Definitions
- KOC (Key Opinion Consumer): Invited creators who receive product seeding and dashboard access with limited or performance-based commissions.
- Member: Purchases the RM338 Member package and earns commissions from referrals.
- Member Plus: Purchases the RM688 package with bonus products and higher starting commission.
3. Commission Structure & Payouts
- Members earn commission based on monthly referral performance. The more you sell, the higher your earnings.
- Commission percentages and bonus eligibility are determined by your tier and performance level.
- Member Plus may receive additional incentives or higher base rates at our discretion.
- Envi Harmonics reserves the right to update the commission scheme at any time to reflect evolving program goals or market conditions.
- Commissions are locked in monthly and paid within 14 business days of withdrawal request.
- Payouts are processed via Touch ‘n Go eWallet, bank transfer, or other approved methods.
- Minimum payout threshold: RM50.
4. Referral Tracking
- Referrals are tracked via unique links or codes assigned to your account.
- Tracking cookies are valid for 30 days.
- We are not responsible for referral failures caused by user browser settings or ad blockers.
5. Member Conduct
- Members must act honestly, respectfully, and in alignment with Envi Harmonics’ brand values.
- You may not:
- Mislead users or promote false offers
- Create fake orders or use your own link for purchases
- Run paid ads targeting Envi Harmonics brand terms without approval
- Spam links or post in irrelevant/unethical channels
6. Brand Representation
- You must only use approved images and copy provided by Envi Harmonics or submit custom materials for review.
- All public content must:
- Be truthful and non-exaggerated
- Avoid unverified health claims
- Maintain a positive and respectful tone
7. Personal Data & Confidentiality
- All personal data is handled under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
- Your dashboard login credentials are for your use only and must be kept secure.
8. Tax & Regulatory Compliance
- You are responsible for reporting income to LHDN Malaysia.
- If you are a Dealer, you must comply with KPDN regulations when reselling products.
- Envi Harmonics will provide guidance if regulatory changes affect your role.
9. Plan Terms
- Member Plan (RM338): Includes 1 Full Scalp Care Set and access to standard commission structure.
- Member Plus (RM688): Includes 2 Full Sets + 1 Bonus Shampoo with higher starting commission and priority perks.
- KOC Plan (RM0): By invitation only. Includes dashboard access and limited commission based on performance.
10. Termination & Suspension
- We reserve the right to suspend or remove any member for misconduct, brand damage, or inactivity over 90 days.
- Suspended members will be notified and given 7 days to appeal.
11. Modifications
- We may update these terms at any time. Members will be notified via email or dashboard.
- Continued use of the platform implies acceptance.
12. Disclaimer
- Members are not legal representatives or employees of Envi Harmonics or Next Concept Commerce Sdn. Bhd.
- The Member Program does not create any formal agency or employment relationship.
13. Shipping & Fulfilment
- Envi Harmonics manages all customer fulfilment.
- Members and KOCs are not required to hold stock.
14. Refunds & Commission Reversals
- Refunded or cancelled orders will result in reversal of associated commissions.
- Abusing the system or generating fake orders will result in immediate termination.
15. Governing Law
- This agreement is governed by Malaysian law and handled under the jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur.
